Trupp HR congratulates Care Partners on this well-deserved achievement, which reflects the progressive steps that have been taken to improve their organization over the last few years. As Care Partner’s HR Outsourcing provider since 2012, Trupp HR has been privileged to operate as an extension of their team—contributing to significant change initiatives while developing a strong relationship between our organizations.
Early on, Trupp HR conducted a comprehensive HR Audit to identify gaps in best practices and compliance and to establish a road map for moving forward. Trupp HR also assisted Care Partners with the hiring of a new management team in order to improve the strategic direction and quality of supervision. Trupp HR later collaborated with Care Partners to assess employee benefits, identifying where benefits dollars could be better prioritized in areas that are most meaningful to current employees and best position Care Partners to attract top talent. Over the years, Trupp has worked with the Board of Directors and leadership on strategic planning, including refining its mission and aligning Care Partner’s “people strategy” with its “business strategy”. Many of these changes took place while the organization faced challenges due to Medicare cuts and increased competition.
