Portland, Oregon – February 13, 2014 – Trupp HR, Inc. is pleased to announce the recent hire of Michelle Temple, who will join the Trupp HR team as HR Business Partner. In this role, Michelle will function as a dedicated HR representative to clients of Trupp’s HR Outsourcing (HRO) services as well as contributing to various HR consulting and training efforts. Michelle’s extensive background with recruiting, training, and performance management will benefit Trupp HR’s HRO offering.

Michelle joins Trupp HR as a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) with a wide variety of skills and experience, working primarily in the fast-paced and demanding environments of health care organizations. Michelle’s HR experience, includes partnering with executive and management teams to achieve strategic human resources initiatives, rebuilding performance management processes, recruiting responsibilities, training managers on human resources policies and procedures, and exposure to a variety of HRIS systems. Michelle’s experience and training has contributed to an in-depth understanding of human resource management that fits in perfectly with Trupp HR’s business objectives.
