Developing a Winning Interview Game Plan

Why is it so difficult to select “A” players for our teams? This training session will introduce techniques for establishing an interview strategy that will deliver winning results. Attendees will learn how to avoid common interviewing mistakes and how to apply best practices to confidently select all-star employees.
