Marijuana in the Workplace: High Priorities for Employers

Increasing state-level legalization of recreational and medicinal marijuana adds further complexity for employers concerned with maintaining legal and relevant drug policies. As of July 1, 2015, Oregon will join Washington state in legalizing the recreational use of marijuana. This session will equip employers to understand applicable laws and assess how drug policies can be adapted for their workplace.
