In her current role as HR Consultant for Trüpp, Barbara applies her knowledge and expertise by contributing in a dual role capacity, splitting her time with HR and Leadership Coaching related projects and working as a HR Business Partner.

Barbara holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from University of Portland and is an active member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
