In her current role as HR Consultant for Trüpp, Barbara applies her knowledge and expertise by contributing in a dual role capacity, splitting her time with HR and Leadership Coaching related projects and working as a HR Business Partner.
Barbara holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from University of Portland and is an active member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Barbara’s professional success and contribution encompasses leadership coaching and development, staff and team training, performance management, workforce planning, organizational development, employee relations, policy creation and implementation, conflict mediation and negotiation, risk assessment and mitigation, employee investigations, and talent acquisition.
