Portland, Oregon – September 21, 2016 – Trupp HR, Inc. is pleased to announce the recent hire of Amanda Doun, who joins the Trüpp team as an HR Business Partner. In this role, Amanda will function as a dedicated HR representative to clients of Trüpp’s HR Outsourcing (HRO) services in addition to contributing to various HR consulting efforts.
Amanda has been working in HR for over 5 years with a background as an HR Manager, focusing on payroll and risk management. Over the course of her HR career she has led management teams in compliance activities, and the implementation and transition of platforms for HRIS, payroll, time keeping, recruiting, and benefits. She has a wide array of experience with strategizing and navigating new processes and managing day-to-day HR related activities.
