In this role, Kate will operate as a dedicated HR representative to clients of Trupp’s HR Outsourcing (HRO) services in addition to contributing to numerous HR consulting efforts with a focus on compensation.
Kate has an established track record that covers overall business process improvement and organizational effectiveness to tie in with her proficiency in compensation.
Kate has over four years of experience as an expert in effectively researching, analyzing, reporting, and guiding compensation work. In her most recent role as a Senior Compensation Analyst, she was responsible for partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders of clients to conduct job evaluations and market pricing on a consistent basis in relation to pay decisions. Her extensive competencies involve guidance on compensation programs, market surveys and analysis of results, consistent support for compensation planning processes, and developing recommendations for improving procedures.
