In this role, Meagan will operate as a dedicated HR representative to clients of Trupp’s HR Outsourcing (HRO) service in addition to contributing to numerous HR consulting projects. Meagan is a versatile HR professional with a proven record for supporting strategic workforce initiatives in team-oriented business environments, aligning well with Trupp HR’s outsourcing model.
Meagan joins Trupp HR with four years of HR related experience, applied over a range of diverse roles from Recruiting Coordinator to People Operations Team Lead. She has successfully managed and supported large teams with day-to-day HR guidance, including policy and employment law compliance. Meagan has a strong background effectively navigating time-sensitive open enrollment and payroll projects and brings a professional, yet approachable, work style that easily adapts to each client’s unique culture. Leading HR related teams and understanding overall operations has transferred to a broad skillset that Meagan is able leverage in her role at Trupp HR.
