Trüpp Hires Sally Padrow as New HR Business Partner

Portland, Oregon – September 26, 2016 – Trupp HR, Inc. is pleased to announce the recent hire of Sally Padrow, who joins the Trüpp team as an HR Business Partner. In this role, Sally will operate as a dedicated HR representative to clients of Trüpp’s Outsourcing (HRO) services in addition to contributing to numerous HR consulting efforts.
Sally is an accomplished HR generalist and brings a diversified skillset to the table with specialties in overall policy and process development.

Sally has over 15 years of experience as an HR professional working in a cross section of industries. Over the course of her career she has been responsible for a variety of employment and business process components including benefits administration, onboarding, recruiting, compliance, training, and performance management. Her broad range of skills and practical experience solidifies her as an expert in employee relations, enabling her to be a trusted resource to the organizations she works with.
