New EEO-1 report compliance date suspended indefinitely
Employers will no longer have to stress over compliance with the pending revised EEO-1 Report. As of August 29th, the Office of Management and Budget’s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA) has suspended the new report’s compliance date.
