Immigration official announces quadrupled employer compliance audits

IRS will be sending ACA penalty letters by year’s end

The IRS has announced that it will begin the process of notifying employers of potential liability for failing to comply with the Affordable Care Act (ACA) in “late 2017”. Employers will have just 30 days to respond to these assessments.
