HSA Contributions are not considered Earnings for the Purposes of Wage Garnishment
The Department of Labor clarified that when it comes to the Consumer Credit Protection Act, Health Saving Account employer contributions do not count as employee earnings.
House Votes to End Forced Arbitration
The Forced Arbitration Injustice Repeal (FAIR) Act was passed this month. This act outlaws contracts that require employees to use private dispute resolution. The bill will now go to the Senate.
