The final minimum wage increases from Senate Bill 1532 will be effective July 01, 2022. The bill passed in 2016 has increased the minimum wage annually starting July 01, 2016, and continues through to July 01, 2022. These increases differ by region in Oregon.
The standard minimum wage increases are:

Employers should:
- Determine which employees will be impacted by this minimum wage increase
- Notify those Employees of the effective date and wage increase
- Set up your payroll to accommodate the changes and notify your payroll provider
- Assess the impact this minimum wage increase will have on your internal equity and make the necessary adjustments to avoid pay compression
- Send out and replace the required Oregon minimum wage poster
