Ensuring your business thrives when the pandemic fog lifts

The past year forced business agendas to be pushed aside as we all pivoted to address everchanging business priorities, workplace and regulatory changes, and a constant flow of employee-related issues and needs. Now that vaccinations are ramping up, we can see a glimmer of the pandemic fog starting to lift.

What’s the best strategy for bringing employees back to work? Should your company require vaccines for all employees? Do businesses still need to require employees to wear masks if they’ve been vaccinated? Can employers collect proof of vaccines? What if an employee refuses to receive a vaccine? What other challenges are employers facing when getting back to the “not-so-new normal”?

In this session, we will discuss how to successfully bring employees back to work, compliance considerations for face coverings incorporating recent updates to state and local laws, and vaccine best practices including accommodations to affected employees.

  • Understand best practices regarding masks.
