Employee leave management has become increasingly complicated and technical, even for experienced HR professionals. Not only do eligible employers have to administer Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), but there are also several state-specific leave laws, state paid family leave, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodation process to navigate. This triangle can be difficult to understand and administer properly.
This webinar will discuss leave basics, including California, Oregon, and Washington protected leave and ADA intersections.
