Webinar: How to administer FMLA


Employee leave management has become increasingly complicated and technical, even for experienced HR professionals. Eligible employers must administer Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and navigate state-specific leave laws, state-paid family leave laws, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodation process. This triangle can be difficult to understand and administer properly. This webinar will discuss leave basics, including California, Oregon, and Washington-protected leave and ADA intersections. Additionally, we will explore options for creating efficiencies with leave management, including utilizing leave software.

After completing this course, the learner will:

  • Understand the fundamental elements of the FMLA
  • Learn how state leave laws intersect with FMLA and the ADA
  • Learn current trends and best practices for administering family and medical leave
  • Explore leave management solutions and software to create efficiencies
