Webinar: How to administer multi-state employee benefits effectively


Many employers encounter the complexity of managing employees across various states, including remote employees or physical locations spread throughout multiple states. Managing employees in numerous states impacts many compliance areas, including employee benefits, the open enrollment process, leaves of absence, and HR compliance.

This webinar will help attendees to administer open enrollment, manage employee benefits, and adhere to HR compliance best practices for a multi-state workforce.

After completing this course, the learner will:

  • Understand state-specific considerations with a remote workforce, including employee benefits offerings, network considerations, the open enrollment processes, and HR compliance, including leaves of absence, paid sick leave laws, etc.
  • Learn best practices for administering employee benefits and leaves of absence in a multi-state environment including new employee onboarding, benefit life changes, open enrollment processes, paid time off accrual requirements, protected leave, and employee separations
