Not properly addressing employee complaints or missteps in the investigation process can cause major damage to your business. Not only is harassment illegal, legal claims and lawsuits are extremely costly. What are the triggers to initiate a workplace investigation? Do all complaints require a formal investigation?
In this session, we will discuss the elements and proper steps to take when conducting a workplace investigation. The webinar will also review what an employer’s obligations are, best practices for investigating complaints, and steps to establish a workplace culture of trust and respect.
