Webinar: How to Improve Your Workplace Culture: It’s time for an intentional culture reset

 

As employers increasingly struggle to attract top talent and retain key employees, many organizations are considering an organizational culture reset. Workplace culture encompasses several components, including leadership and company values, employee engagement, performance management, workplace satisfaction, and overall communication effectiveness, among several other areas.

Is it time for a culture reset or to evaluate your current value proposition? This session will discuss the proper context around what a thriving culture and teams look like in any setting, including in-person, hybrid, or fully remote. We will discuss the attributes that successful teams and organizations possess, including trust, adaptability, speed, communication, psychological safety, character, and leadership’s significant impact on culture.

  • Compare and contrast leadership styles and leadership philosophies
  • Analyze the impact leadership and values has on the culture of an organization
  • Connect how the leadership of culture has a direct correlation with business outcomes
  • Examine some modern leadership approaches/tactics that create an elite culture in all settings

Derek is a US Army veteran and former Chief Human Resources Officer that holds a Master’s degree in both Organizational Leadership and Business Administration from Quinnipiac University.
