Workplace culture encompasses several components, including leadership and company values, employee engagement, performance management, workplace satisfaction, and overall communication effectiveness, among several other areas.

This session will discuss the proper context around what a thriving culture and teams look like in any setting, including in-person, hybrid, or fully remote. We will discuss the attributes that successful teams and organizations possess, including trust, adaptability, speed, communication, psychological safety, character, and leadership’s significant impact on culture.
