This session will discuss the proper context around what a thriving culture and teams look like in any setting, including in-person, hybrid, or fully remote. We will discuss the attributes that successful teams and organizations possess, including trust, adaptability, speed, communication, psychological safety, character, and leadership’s significant impact on culture.
