Running Trüpp is more than a full-time job, but when Jean breaks away, she’s likely planning a romantic getaway with her husband to explore scenic landscapes, vibrant cultures, and regional wines. When closer to home, look for her in the kitchen whipping up a healthy culinary feast or on a local trail trying to keep up with her energetic pup!

MBA, MS, SPHR
After he’s solved all the world’s HR problems, you won’t be able to find Derek at all because there won’t be any cell service in the mountains where he’s vacationing with his family in a heated pool, sauna, or hot tub. We think he’d do great as a stand-up comic, but he favors his kids’ sporting events until his NHL coaching career takes off.

CLMS
Kaelynn has always had a heart for helping others. When she’s not leading Trüpp’s Leave Administration team, she is outdoors with her family camping, fishing, riding ATVS, or vacationing on the beautiful beaches of Puerto Rico. At home, she and her husband share countless laughs with their three daughters and two adorable American Bulldogs.

Kamaron has a passion for solving complex compensation challenges, backed by over 20 years of experience. When she’s not working with clients to develop strategic compensation solutions, Kamaron loves cheering on her kids at their sporting events with her husband or volunteering with youth, helping them build confidence in their future.

MHA, SPHR
Kelly has been part of the HR world for over 15 years and is proudly a self-described “benefits nerd.” When she’s not diving into the complexities of Benefits Administration, she can be found spending her time in nature with family or quietly relaxing with a good book.

Michaela has always known she wanted to help people. Now, with an oat milk matcha latte in hand, she is the supportive backbone of the entire team at Trüpp. In her free time, she can be found writing and producing music with her husband, photographing a wedding, or, more often now, taking care of her family.

When he’s not above the tree line taking in the view from a mountain ridge, swimming in a secluded alpine lake, or sneaking up on a herd of playful mountain goats, you’ll find Wayne entertaining friends at home, checking out the latest innovative restaurants, or sipping a good Pinot in Oregon’s beautiful Willamette Valley.
