Develop investigation plan

Trüpp develops a clearly defined investigation plan that includes those to be interviewed, examining documentation, files, and other evidence to be reviewed. The plan also includes a timeline and advisement of applicable employment laws, legal requirements, and internal policies and procedures that apply.

Conduct interviews
