Managers play a driving role in demonstrating and fostering respect in the workplace. This learning path provides learners with tools to support a respectful work environment and the knowledge to understand respectful workplace responsibilities that land square on the manager’s shoulders. The content focuses on preventing and addressing discrimination, harassment, and retaliation while promoting workplace civility and embracing diversity and inclusion.
The RESPECT learning path consists of four courses with courses ranging from 30 to 60 minutes to complete.

This course addresses the concepts of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in the workplace. The content focuses on contributing to a respectful workplace, self-awareness, what to do if you’re a target or witness of discrimination or harassment, and how to respond if you engage in or are accused of such behavior.
